Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description

​We are working with a global quantitative and systematic investment fund, operating in all liquid asset classes across the world. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing Hong Kong based team.

What you will do -

  • Your core objective is to deliver the firms recruitment campaign to attract, hire and retain the best talent for our APAC offices.

  • You will identify and evaluate talents, and leverage all possible candidate sourcing channels to build a healthy hiring pipeline

  • As a super-user of our recruitment platform, you will efficiently manage the full recruitment cycle and guide candidates throughout the process, leaving all applicants with a positive experience

  • You will analyse hiring and competitor trends, bringing market intelligence to internal stakeholders

  • You will partner with Human Resources to deliver a global graduate recruitment program, increasing the presence of the fund at campus and industry events

  • You will implement a diverse hiring framework to ensure the business considers and attracts a wide-ranging candidate base

Your present skillset

  • Solid experience recruiting within quantitative/investment area either in an agency or in-house

  • Experience working with social/professional media, recruitment platforms and interfaces, specifically Greenhouse and LinkedIn

  • Significant experience using recruiting, candidate, and market data to drive decision-making in the hiring process

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin with stakeholders in different locations.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through to completion of tasks

  • Collaborative, critical thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work in a high-performance, high-velocity, evolving environment

  • Experience of working in a standalone or self-sufficient role an advantage
