​Site Lead

Location: Erbil, Iraq - Must be a UK Citizen

Work Rotation: 12 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off

Security Clearance Requirements:Valid SC preferred – Must be a UK Citizen in order to obtain an SC, candidates must have a 5-year footprint living and working in the UK, unless overseas with the British Military)

Insurance –You will be covered by a life insurance policy for the duration of the engagement with the following also provided - Welfare/Camp facilities - Gym, coffee shop and WiFi & Accommodation.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Must hold an HNC, ONC, or equivalent/higher qualification + relevant experience

• Experience in managing sub-contractors

​

Desirable:

• IWFM Level 3-4 Diploma

• Qualified/accredited with knowledge of delivering NEC3 contract suite

• HND in Built Environment related course

• Experience working in challenging remote locations or developing countries

​

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

• Act as the representative in the respective theatre for the delivery of Total FM activities

• Offer support and technical advice to on-site tradesmen regarding the investigation of faults and problems and advise on all engineering and related matters

• Manage data control for the Information Management System (Maximo).

• Prepare a Schedule of Rate estimates for Response Maintenance tasks in accordance with the contract

• Ensure the planned maintenance program for the site is adequately staffed

• Ensure all subcontracted Hard FM tasks are completed satisfactorily and on time

• Manage document control for all forms related to tasks undertaken

• Ensure compliance with appropriate standards for the delivery of Total FM services as per the FMO contract.
