Senior Sales Representative - New York / Fully Remote

Our client, a leader in inventory solutions partnered with top companies in tech, automotive, and manufacturing, is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Representative. This role is pivotal in driving growth, establishing new market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the supply chain and procurement space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives, contributing directly to market expansion.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and sustain strong relationships with decision-makers in supply chain and procurement. Understand client needs and collaborate with the structuring team to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Market Development:

    Identify and act on new market opportunities in inventory solutions, proactively driving initiatives to increase market share.

  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring optimal terms and closing deals that meet both client needs and company goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner with product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.

  • Networking & Industry Involvement:

    Maintain an active presence in the industry by leveraging networks, attending key events, and promoting company solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly with large tech, automotive, and manufacturing clients.

  • Strong network within supply chain and procurement sectors.

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience closing high-value deals with leading industry players.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred). German language skills and additional certifications in sales or supply chain management are advantageous.
